The data transmitted by the interested party are subject to the provisions contained in Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30.6.2003 "Protecting the person and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data " (hereafter "Privacy Code").
The personal data is processed by J777 S.r.l., Sede Legale in Via Guerrazzi 7 - 56025 Pontedera - PI e Sede Amministrativa ed Operativa in Via Volturno 10/12 - 50019 Sesto Fiorentino - FI (hereafter "Data Controller") even using IT procedures, for the following purposes:
1. establishing and managing the contractual relation
2. performing the accounting fulfilments subsequent to the obligations indicated at point 1 imposed by the law;
3. preserving and storing the strictly connected personal data instrumental to executing what is indicated at points 1 and 2;
4. performing studies, market research and statistical research;
5. sending advertising material or direct sales.
The personal data connected may be communicated to third parties without asking the consent of the interested party, in the event of this communication being performed as a fulfilment of the obligations envisaged by legal, regulatory or community provisions. The data may also be communicated to connected companies belonging to the group of the Data Controller to pursue the same purposes for which the data was collected.
Some of the Data Controller’s collaborators/Employees, in their capacity of person in charge of processing, may access the personal data of the interested party in order to fulfil the jobs and tasks attributed to them in relation to the purposes of the processing as indicated at points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above. Section 7 of the Privacy Code gives the interested party specific rights in relation to the processing of their own personal data including: that of asking confirmation from the Data Controller of the existence of their own personal data; that of asking their origin, the processing logic and purpose; that of updating, correcting , erasing, anonymising or blocking it in the event of illicit processing; that of opposing its processing for legitimate reasons or in the event of using the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sale and interactive commercial communication, without prejudice to the fact that obtaining the cancellation of your personal data is dependant on you sending a written communication to the Data Controller. When executing this right, the interested party may confer in writing a delegation or proxy to physical persons, authorities, associations or organisms or be assisted by a trusted person.

For each request of confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them, the interested party may be asked, if their existence is not confirmed, for a contribution of expenses, not exceeding the actual cost incurred, in accordance with the manner and within the limits established by the Garante for the protection of personal data.
